Fondasi seluruh operasi BRT. Modul ini menyusun timetable per koridor, mengatur headway target (jarak antar bus), menentukan target kilometer harian operator, dan sinkronisasi dengan format GTFS — standar data transit yang dipakai aplikasi seperti Google Maps dan Citymapper.

Dua gate wajib sebelum bus keluar dari depo: Vehicle Inspection (cek kondisi armada — ban, lampu, rem, BBM, AC) dan Fit-to-Work (cek kesiapan pramudi — suhu tubuh, tekanan darah, jam tidur, Romberg balance, pointing & calling, tes narkoba). Tidak lolos = tidak boleh berangkat.

Setiap bus-kilometer terverifikasi oleh GPS terhadap rencana rute. Hasilnya dipakai untuk auto-generate tagihan subsidi Buy-The-Service (BTS) ke Kemenhub/Pemda. Tidak ada lagi sengketa "bus-nya jalan apa nggak" — semuanya bisa di-audit per detik.
